Cars around 200bhp Which are Cheap to Insure

Hello and welcome, do you want a quick car
without paying the bombshell for rediculous insurance quotes? Dont we all?! So here are 4 cars around 200bhp which are
relatively cheap to insure.. Number 4; The Renault Megane Sport 175. Producing 172bhp from its 2.0 Diesel engine
with a top speed of 137mph. This car has a 0-60 time of 8.2 Seconds
producing a whopping 265ft-lb (that diesel low end doh).

Some may say this is the inferior megane sport,
in relation to the 225 petrol version, as this 'dirty diesel' lags around
50bhp from its stronger brother, but with an insurance quote 55% cheaper than the 225,

joke). Had an insurance quote 40% cheaper than the
similar horsepower 182 clio, granted; the new ibiza would not
have the same 'respect' as the 182 with the lads at the local maccies; but
thats an entirely new video. And number 1; Corsa VXR. Yes, i was as suprised as you were, and yes,
its not the first VXR we check the insurance price on (insert picture of
astra vxr).

But the corsa is a respectable stepping point
up to the big daddy (astra vxr). The 1.6 Turbo petrol engine produces 189 bhp
with a top speed of 140mph. With the 170ft-lb of torque and lightweight
body, the car can shoot from 0-60 in 6.8 Seconds! And incredibly, having the quickest acceleration
on this list; it also has the cheapest insurance quote! With the Corsa insurance quote reading almost
60% cheaper than the quote of an EP3 type R! And yes, youre right,
it takes a car enthusiast to tell the difference between the SRI and the VXR
without the bloody badges, and it doesnt have the recognition or dignity of that of the
type R! But for the fun you can
have in these things, where insurance is a big part of choosing a car (like me), the
corsa VXR in my eyes; takes the top spot..
